He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife- Linda Reid Ables; daughter, Loretta Ables; brother, Micheal Ables; sister- Linda Ashley and two grandchildren, Stephanie Ables and Nick Moss. He is survived by his wife Regina Irby; four children Wade Irby (Telisa), Rebecca Mayhall (William), Lisa Childers (Jake) and Clint Irby; eleven grandchildren Christopher, Stephanie, Hunter, Stacie, Casey, Abby, Audrey, Sam, Jacey, Blake and Jephtha; six great-grandchildren and one sister Cathy Collum (Robert). She is survived by three daughters Linda Monroe (David), Joan Dill and Mary Ann Fisher; ten grandchildren Cressoline Cummings (Greg), Melinda Garrison, Carl Garrison, Elise Speegle (Randolph), Nicole Mason (Jonathan), Chris Monroe, David Dill (Jennifer), Greg Dill (Stephanie), Joby Dill (Tiffany) and Jeremy Dill; sixteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; one sister Jean Johnson (Dick) and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Billy Hugh Rooker and Johnny Curtis Rooker. She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Jerry Massey; two children, Christopher Ryan Massey (Deanna) and Ginger Elaine Massey (Reed Schmitz); one grandchild, Gema Scarlet Schmitz; two brothers, Stanley Noles (Dianne) and Stephen Noles and a host of nieces and nephews. She loved spending time with her siblings, their children and grandchildren annually at family reunions in the Great Smokey Mountains.
